HUB Parkour's Open Gym – a self-directed training space where you can refine your parkour and freerunning skills. Open Training is your opportunity to use the gym to practice at your own pace.

What is Open Gym?

Open Gym is a flexible training session without a set curriculum. It's your time to:

  • Access Every Area: From parkour setups to trampolines, all our equipment is available for you.

  • Train Independently: Focus on what interests you most. Develop your skills using our diverse range of parkour obstacles and equipment.

  • Receive Expert Guidance: Our coaches are on standby, offering tips and ensuring safety.

  • Safety Course Requirement: Newcomers must complete a brief safety course.

  • Initial Restrictions: New participants are asked not to use high bars or jump from overhead height obstacles on their first visit.
