HUB Fall Schedule Updates

Hey HUBFam! Our full Fall Schedule will kick off on October 1st! We have a bunch of changes coming to the gym this fall that we can’t wait to share with you. View our fall schedule below and keep scrolling for a breakdown on all things HUB this fall!

 

September Changes

While our full schedule will start in October, there are a few changes from our Summer Schedule that have started in September.

Our Homeschool Program has returned! Join us on Wednesday mornings for Flips + Freerun, or Thursday mornings for Parkour Class!

Our Little Jumpers program will now offer a session-based program for students ages 4 - 6 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. Our drop-based Little Jumper classes will remain on Thursdays from 9:45 - 10 am, and Saturdays from 9:15 - 10 am!

October Changes

Let’s dive into the good stuff, our full fall breakdown. Scroll through to check out the new class types, programs, and what you can expect as you return from summer vacation!

Freerun x Trampoline

Welcome to Flips + Freerun! This new class offering will combine our Trampoline and Freerun classes into one program where students will utilize skills from both sports to master their flipping repertoire. Students enrolled in any Trampoline or Freerun class can immediately join in the same level of Flips + Freerun!

New Class Names

Starting October 1st, all youth class programs will have new names! Our four core programs of Parkour, Flips + Freerun, Ninja Warrior, and Breakdance will remain but our classes will now be leveled 1 - 5. You can check out this list right here to see the new name of your current class!

Pre-Beginner > Level 1

Beginner One > Level 2

Beginner Two > Level 3

Intermediate > Level 4

Advanced > Level 5

Returning students can hop into the same level class they previously attended!

Multi-Level Class Times

Our schedule will run multi-level classes, allowing more students to attend classes at times that are convenient for their families! Classes will be run as Level 1 + 2, Levels 1 - 3, and Levels 2 - 5. Each level will have its own challenges and themes during their class time, similar to our summer combo classes! Check out the schedule above. Any class slot you see with your level on it, you’re able to attend!

New Ninja Day

Our Ninja Program is expanding! We will now offer Ninja classes on Wednesdays, in addition to the Monday and Friday programs. We are also excited to announce that Coach Will is taking over the Ninja program in the fall. Will is an expert course designer, and as a speed champion himself, he’s ready to show our Ninja students how to beat that wall in record time! Be sure to check out his Ninja classes in October!

Team HUB

Our final and biggest announcement is for a new youth program in the fall. We are launching an official Youth Competition Team at HUB and a Team Class! The class will be focused on various aspects of competitions including preparation, understanding the formats of competitions, learning how to train for a competition, and more! Your favorite HUB coaches will be working with the team during class, as well as special pro adult athletes who have been in the competition circuit. We are partnering with gyms around New England to create an official Youth Competition Circuit where our team will travel together and compete in various competitions in 2025! Any students looking to join Team HUB should ask their coach for info before out Fall Schedule kicks off in the fall!
