Spring 2025 Schedule Updates at HUB Norton

As we head into spring, we’re making a few light updates to our schedule at HUB Parkour Norton. Most of our core programs are staying the same, but we’ve got some key changes to share—especially for our adult athletes and our youngest jumpers.

Here’s what’s changing starting March 31st, 2025:


🔄 Adult Program Shift

  • Monday Adult Flips + Freerun ➝ removed

  • Tuesday Adult Parkour ➝ now Adult Flips + Freerun w/ Coach Nate
    The Tuesday class is evolving to include more creativity, tricking, and style, and will take over the energy of Monday’s session.

Lil Jumpers Format Update

  • Wednesday “First Jumps” ➝ now a Drop-In Based Lil Jumpers Class (still ages 4–6, now with more flexibility)

If you're new to HUB, spring is an awesome time to jump in—literally. Here's how to get started:

🧒 For Kids (Ages 4–6)

  • Try a Lil Jumpers drop-in on Thursday, Sat or Sunday!

  • Explore movement through games, obstacle courses, and beginner skills—fun, safe, and confidence-boosting.

🧗 For Youth (Ages 7–17)

  • Sign up for a Youth Intro Class—required before joining our weekly classes.

  • After the intro, we’ll help you find the perfect level and schedule.

💥 For Adults (Ages 17+)

  • New to parkour? Our Beginner Adult Parkour classes (Wed) are beginner-friendly and technique-focused.

  • Want to get creative? Adult Flips + Freerun (now on Tuesdays) dives into more advanced tricks, flow, and expressive movement.
