Lil Jumpers

Ages 4-6

Lil Jumpers is our movement-based class designed specifically for young kids (ages 4-6), introducing them to the foundations of parkour in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. This class focuses on developing coordination, strength, and confidence while keeping kids active and excited about movement.

What Happens in a Lil Jumpers Class?

Obstacle Exploration – Kids navigate over, under, and through soft, scaled-down parkour obstacles designed for their size and ability.
Jumping & Landing Skills – We teach proper jumping, landing, and rolling techniques to build coordination and prevent injuries.
Climbing & Swinging – Fun climbing challenges and swinging activities that develop upper body strength and grip.
Balance & Coordination – Balance beams, stepping stones, and other challenges help improve stability and focus.
Games & Challenges – Each class includes engaging games that reinforce movement skills in a playful, social setting.
Confidence & Independence – Kids learn new skills at their own pace, gaining confidence as they master each challenge.
