Beginnner 2 -> Intermediate

Moving from B2 to Intermediate in Freerunning marks your ascent into a world of artistic movement. This stage is about harmonizing your physical skills with expressive, creative runs that showcase your individual flair.

intermediate -> Advanced

Ascending to Advanced in Freerunning is about pushing the boundaries of creativity and skill. It's where your movements become a captivating display of finesse and innovation, distinguishing you as a master of the freerunning art.

  • First, check with your coach. Then, practice these 10 challenges. Either attend an Upgrade Night, or talk to a coach during open gym to sign off on your challenges!
